Dallas Leadership Foundation (DLF) is a Christian non-profit organization and nationally recognized urban missionary focused on three areas:
- Community Development
- Leadership Development
- Building of Strategic Partnerships
Through these initiatives, DLF serves as a bridge to connect diverse peoples, churches, and organizations energized by the love of Christ. They are passionate to equip individuals for the task of rebuilding disadvantaged communities by connecting resources to communities in need. Hence, those living in disenfranchised neighborhoods are being equipped to transform their communities from the inside out.
- In partnership with DLF, HPPC participates in Celebration of Hope – a city-wide community work day that helps people in target neighborhoods to receive home renovation and neighborhood clean-up services free of charge.
- HPPC is a part of the Church Prison Collaborative composed of churches, non-profits and agencies that advocate on behalf of previously incarcerated men and women returning to society. Individuals leaving prison are mentored in Christian principles and provided compassionate assistance with weekly fellowship, obtaining housing, clothing purchases, documentation, employment and transportation.
- HPPC also partners DLF’s Treasures of Hope—an annual Christmas Store held for families in need.
